Terms of Use
The basic terms for using this website.
Draft for legal review. These terms have not yet been reviewed by counsel and should be before they are relied on.
Using this site
This website provides information about WHS residential, commercial and recycling service, and lets you check availability and send requests. Please use it lawfully and give accurate information in forms.
Requests are not contracts
Checking your address, sending a service request or sending a quote request does not create a service agreement. Service, pricing, cart sizes and start dates are confirmed by WHS for your address after you submit a request, and service is provided under the terms WHS gives you at that time.
Availability and recycling rules
Service availability and accepted recycling materials vary by location and can change. The address checker and the recycling guide reflect what WHS has published, and local rules take priority where they differ.
No guarantee of uninterrupted access
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
