Privacy Policy

What this website collects, why, and what happens to it.

Draft for legal review. This page describes how the WHS website works today. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel and should be before it is relied on.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site:

  • Address checker: the address or ZIP code you enter. It is checked against our service areas and is not stored by the checker.
  • Service requests, commercial quotes, waitlist signups, support requests and contact messages: the details you enter, such as your name, email, mobile number, service address and the details of your request.

The forms do not ask for card numbers, passwords or government ID, and you should not send them.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your request, set up or quote service, follow up on an issue, and understand where people want service. Submissions are sent to the WHS team by email. Each service request, quote or support request gets a reference number that appears in that email.

Your browser

  • While you fill in a multi-step form, your progress is saved in your browser's session storage so you can go back without retyping. It stays on your device and ends when you close the tab.
  • Spam protection: forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs in your browser and may set its own cookies or storage.
  • Analytics: where Google Analytics is turned on for this site, it records page views and actions such as which buttons are used. We do not send your name, email, address or what you type into forms as analytics data.

Who sees it

Your submission is handled by WHS and by the service providers that deliver our email and protect our forms. We do not sell your information. We may disclose it where the law requires.
